最近，我也收到不少这样索要文章得信，一般我是很乐意寄给他们的，而且我也常常向别人索要文献。对于索要文章的信，一般的作者都是很愿意向你提供的（当然也不乏一些从来不理会这种信的人）。
为了更方便大家向作者索取原文，我把自己向别人索要文章的模板提供给大家，希望能给大家一点帮助。另外我也附上以个别人索要文献的模板：我的模板：

楼上自己写的是正解。那个模板，劝你不要用，除非你想让收件人把你当XX。不过楼上最后much thanks语法错误哈，应该是many thanks. 其实很简单的：
Dear Dr.(Prof)(国外很重视这个称呼的，如果不是Professor不要乱叫，一般PhD肯定是有的，所以叫Dr. 就好了)，

My research field is XX and I am doing XX right now. I am willing to take XX paper as a reference which can not be accessed from my available database. Can you do me a favor send me a copy or tell me where can I find the whole article? I will really appreciate your kindness

文献的话，不需要什么模板，礼貌的直接说明就可以了，一般国外的大学很乐意提供发展中国家的学者做研究,甚至会热情到让你觉得....a feeling of almsgiving

5. 求一封上级推荐下属的推荐信模板

别人写的并不是真情实感啊，你是主角啊，你应该自己写，就算这篇文章不好，不精美，但他毕竟是你的心意，比网上没经历过的人的虚情假意要好的多啊？
好好想想吧！

6. 求感谢信的模板！在线等

感谢信的格式

第一行的正中用较大的字体写上“感谢信”三个字。如果写给个人，这三个字可以不写。有的还在“感谢信”的前边加上一个定语，说明是因为什么事情、写给谁的感谢信。

第二行顶格写对方单位名称或个人姓名，姓名后面可以加适当的称呼，如“同志”“师傅”“先生”等，称呼后用冒号。如果感谢对象比较多，可以把感谢对象放在正文中间提出。

第三行空两格起写正文。这一部分要写清楚对方在什么时间，什么地点，由于什么原因，做了什么好事，对自己或单位有什么支持和帮助，事情有什么好的结果和影响。还要写清楚从中表现了对方哪些好思想、好品德、好风格。最后表示自己或所在单位向对方学习的态度和决心。

正文写好了，另起一行空两格(也可以紧接正文)写上“此致”，换一行顶格写上“敬礼”。

最后再换一行，在右半行署上单位名称或者个人姓名。在署名的下边写上发信的日期。

7. 要修改通讯作者，怎样给SCI编辑写信

期刊通讯作者修改还是有可能的，比如投稿用自己的邮箱，老板做通讯人（文章中表示）。

第一作者一般不能改,可以加作者，改单位也可，并且要给出合适的理由，并且提供全体作者同意的书面证明。
 
原因：如果你的邮箱作废了，他还不让你换邮箱啊。或者学生毕业了走人了，改成老板，这完全是合情合理的事情。
 
如果不是必要，尽量不要改，给编辑部印象不好

8. 【求助】如何给国外作者写信求助其实验如何做？

首先告诉你一点，别人发在文章上的数据并不一定是准确的。想想曾经在贝尔实验室的舍恩大哥。他篡改数据得以在Science,Nature,上发表一些列文章，结果全是假的。“现在江湖上没有哥，只有哥的传说”这也是我们在自然辨证法课上，一个小组展示的内容。至于如何写求助信，有模板。但不一定有效。
